Cecilia is the owner & resident tattoo artist at Prophecy Art & Tattoo Studio. She opened Prophecy (formerly The Beauty Philosophy) in February of 2023; less than a month after she moved to Canada from Florida!

She is proudly a part of the LGBTQ+ community, and strives to offer a safe and comforting environment for everyone of all backgrounds.

She offers basic piercing services, saline tattoo removal, and of course, tattoos! She specializes in fine line, black & gray, and black work.
